One of the most surprising takeaways from Jonah Lehrer’s book, How We Decide, is that one of the most important characteristics of a good decision maker is the ability to sit with uncertainty. Entrepreneurs ought to see the silver lining in this, as I have witnessed no path quite as exhilaratingly uncertain as that of someone putting it all on the line to start his or her own company.
