At the same time, we’ll begin to bring all of our businesses under the larger Web.com brand, first by strengthening the bond between the Network Solutions and Register.com brands and the Web.com brand. Going forward, both will be referred to as “a Web.com company” wherever they are displayed. Over time, all of our brands will be tightly linked with the Web.com family.
So what does this mean for the customers of all three brands? Well, everything just got easier!
Not only will you have access to all of the Web.com products and services you’ve come to expect, but you’ll also be able to use Network Solutions and Register.com products and services, and you’ll be supported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by each brand’s customer service teams. If you already have products and services from two or more of our brands, your presence on the Web will be in closer alignment than ever before.
The Internet is a very complicated and rapidly changing place, one that our small business customers often find challenging. Our goal remains to make it easier for our customers to successfully utilize the Internet by “doing it for them.” By this, we mean providing them with easy, yet affordable solutions like our highly acclaimed “Build It for Me” products, where we quite literally create a professional custom website for our customers. Then, we help them market their business online. This way, they don’t have to navigate the complex and rapidly evolving Internet all by themselves!
