Good news for customers of our Facebook Company Page product

The big news these days is that Facebook has changed the design and features of Facebook Pages. Have you prepared your Facebook Business Page for Timeline? If not, you should make some adjustments to your page immediately to make the best of the new features.

The best news is that customers who chose to have their Facebook Pages built by Web.com do not have to worry. We are working proactively to update the Facebook Pages for our existing customers who have our Small Business Facebook Company Page product. We want to make sure they are able to take advantage of the Facebook Page changes and make the new Timeline format work for them.

  1. Hey, I can’t log in on Web.com as my account should be transferred from discountdomainregistry.com. I already emailed support@web.com, but there’s no reply since 9 April. What is your service level agreement to customer? If I can’t log in, I can’t extend my domain, and then I will have only 1 method to choose.
