Small Business Tip of the Day: Does Your Website Have an Online Forum?
Social networking and chat concept

If you’re still trying to figure out how to communicate with consumers over social media, the answer may be online forums, according to a survey from ProBoards. In its 2013 Social Media Survey, ProBoards found that 67 percent of respondents named forums as the social media tool they found most valuable. The reason? Forums provide greater customization, personalization and more in-depth conversation than quick tweets or one-line posts. Think about adding a forum to your website so customers can get detailed information from your business–and from fellow customers who may have first-person reviews and suggestions.
