According to a recent Kentico Email Marketing Survey, only 32 percent of consumers say that email marketing efforts have improved and 31 percent feel that email marketing has gotten worse. The most common complaints about email marketing? Consumers don’t feel the content appeals to their interests, and they also hate getting too much email from one company. In fact, according to a survey from Millward Brown Digital, consumers overwhelmingly prefer to learn about promotions via email compared to social media.
