In EmailOutbound Networks’ 2013 Consumer Views of Email Marketing report, the message to businesses was clear: Consumers are hooked to their mobile devices when it comes to reading email. According to a recent Kentico digital survey, 85 percent of smartphone users use their mobile phones to get information about companies and prices before making a purchase. But did you also know that 75 percent of mobile shoppers say the look and feel of a company’s mobile site weighs into their decisions about whether or not to buy from that company?
