Ever try to schedule an important meeting or business dinner, only to discover it’s almost impossible to find the perfect day and time to satisfy multiple participants? Doodle, a scheduling tool, polled 96 participants to test how long it would take to schedule different events with and without scheduling tools and came up with interesting results. Without tools, scheduling a private dinner with 4-6 participants took the scheduler 20-25 minutes and scheduling a business meeting with 6-8 participants took 26-30 minutes. With tools, the time was cut by at least 11 minutes; the larger the group, the more time was saved. Read more…
